Using techniques such as guided imagery, visualisation, mindfulness and journaling to help you access your inner wisdom and resources to facilitate a deeper awareness and integrate aspects of yourself that have been outside of your realm of conscious awareness.
I also encourage the exploration of your spiritual dimension, fostering a sense of meaning, connection, and purpose. We can develop practical strategies for self-care, including Somatic Awareness, your Relational approach to yourself, lifestyle adjustments, stress management techniques, and social support networks.
